Welcome to Selleck's BBQ Northern California

Do you want your bbq party to be unforgettable? It will be with our dual axle 16' reverse smoker. This allows us to cook with indirect heat, allowing the heat and smoke to travel underneath the pit seperated by a baffle. The temperature is then easily maintained while the smoke runs thru the food on the grill and up thru the flume.
